[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted or Unstoppable flash popups | |||
I am just irritated with these popups. I dont even understand it that why this is so, what the need of these flash popup when no one needs it any more????? I dont know about others but i really dont need this "I HAVE MY YAHOO ID", i am really very very irritated with this... Please please, stop all these. And mine information is I am using MOTO E 2nd Gen My MOBILE NUMBER IS "[protected]" And my email id is "itsmydesire.[protected]@gmail.com". Thank you!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, We request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.
