[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted service activated | |||
Hi, my prepaid tata docomo no is [protected]. Today I saw that a unwanted service (named as : Gosip Pack) has got activated without my intervention. This is not the first time they doe's this kind of thing, this is the way they cheats people. Now my balance falled to 0.They deducted all the amount likely Rs. 55 from my mail balance. So I want my money back immediately and stop the service. Otherwise I'l port this connection to other provider. Even i do not have any balance to call cust. Care.this could be very serious issue in any kind of emergency situation, u need to call but u dont have any balance.plz take immediate action.

Cant to to customer care instead of pressing the option to reach cust. care, IVR is not taking the option. All kind of fraud they are doing with customer. Incredible!
