[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Using personal information and issuing bills to me without applying for the connection

I am very much surprised and frighten by the way Tata Docomo ethics and procedures at work. I have not opted for any services from tata docomo anytime. I wonder why I have received this email for bill payments. In fact the address mentioned on the bill is not mine. I am really surprised to see the bills for services which I have never used. I have instructed Tata Docomo to please check it immediately as its been a fraud matter to me. But after 5 days also I didn't receive any calls or email from any customer agent. I clearly instructed in my email to stop any corresponded regarding this matter. Stop all connections and take immediate actions on the person who provided you this information. I also asked for immediate action on this matter and clarification for such a big mistake. I also like to know why things were not confirmed before giving any connections. Every morning I have received 2 emails for the payment. Its frustrating for me. Despite several intimations no actions has been taken till now. Please help.

Its been 6 days now. How much time required to gather the information and investigate. As i mentioned earlier I need to see the documents submitted and used for opening the account.

Please clear why my name and email id has been used to issue this account which does not belong to me.

Tata docomo frustrated me with the bills, I need clarification for the mistake. Provide me the proof of name, address, form filled by customer, documents provided by the customer at the time of opening the account which you have and clarification for the mistake done. Tata docomo wasted my time and for that I have rights to ask for all the relevant documents.

I have clearly mentioned i need to see all document s submited by the customer at the time of opening the account.
Instead of answering to my question dont try to divert the subject.

I want to know why my name was printed on the bill.

Who is the original account holder.

Please answer the queries and stop replying in one sentence that query has been resolved.

It wont be resolved uptil and until you show me the documents of the customer and particulary the name of the customer.

I am fed up of your concern department.
I think its time for consumer court to take some serious action.
I dont want any appology. I want to see the documents submitter by the customer at the time of opening the account.
Why it takes so much time to clarify the documents.
When we dont pay bills we have to pay hefty charges, so its same either side. You have to be prompt in showing me the documents.
I have already mentioned that i am in mumbai uptil 11th july 2014 and i have provided my mobile no also.
Today Received a call from tata docomo at 11:38am. Person name was chetan.
I was not able to talk with him as i was in hospital for
Emergency case.
I informed chetan to call me after 2 hours.
Waiting for call.
Infact tried calling on same no. but was not availaible.

But i was in emergency...someones health was serious...
I did told the guy to call me back after 2 hrs.
I[censored]r company is professional u must be having track of all call records.
Dont try to mess up the things, when your wrong.
I was in mumbai for quiet a long time and i did informed tata docomo regarding same.
But i was called on the last day, when i was suppose to depart the country.
If you guys are so realistic u would have called me on my qatar no.[protected] which i mentioned to tata docomo in my earlier conversation.
Try to be professional and Stop fooling consumer court with all this useless reply.

It was informed to me by tata that they have updated the incorrect email id. But it has not been done yet. Its very shamefull for company like tata gets a bad reputation because few of the useless employees does mistakes and dont turn up with answers...

I hope now consumer court must have got clear picture how tata docomo is fooling me and giving useless answers.

My request to view the documents of the customer and the form filled by the customer at the time of applying for connection has yet not been answered.

I think tata docomo is taking it easily.
Its been 9 months now tata docomo has not shown me the documents used for opening the account by the customer.

Strict action has to be taken for using details of individuals without permission
