[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — VAS activated without any permission

Address:Morena, Madhya Pradesh

I have been charged approx 64 Rs. unnecessary for VAS which are activated on my mobile without my permission. While i am trying to call customer care number either its going busy or else i am not able to connect because there is no direct number to call customer care. I want to refund my balance.

We tried to speak personally on your number [protected], to explain about your concern of balance deduction however same was not possible as the call was not answered. In this regards, we would like to inform you that your Rs.64/- balance deducted from your account due to activation of VAS service on 06-05-14.
