[Resolved] Tata Docomo — VAS Activation & Charges | |||
I am using Tata Docomo Post paid Service (Number : [protected]) since one year. Since last 4-6 months without my request they are activating VAS services and adding in my monthly bills. Now whenever i request or write to appellate authority they don't reply.I do receive few sms for the bills feedback, whenever i submit the feedback it gets denied In the recent bill they have activated three VAS subscriptions and added in the bill. I have not request for any of such subscription. Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that kindly call *191# or 155223 (toll free) in order to deactivate any VAS services. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223 (Free) to avoid extra charges in the bill.
