I have never opted for the buddy chat services on my mobile 66777 availing services from tatadocomo. It automatically got activated and periodically rs. 60 (for 2 months )amount is deducted. A message is displayed saying that if I call on a toll free number. I can deactivate the service. But I was amazed to know the fact that on this number options are provided to start new services but no number is specified for deactivation in the voice message. I request you to take the necessary action for the deactivation of buddy chat on mobile number. I would appreciate if the problem is timely resolved with no further monetary loss.
