[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Very Very Low speed for 3g datacard - Advance rental plan | |||
This is Venkateswarlu P. I have taken the tata docomo 3g datacard connection on Aug 11th. Since from day one it was activated, having issues with datacard speed, its speed not more than 1kbps at any time in the day. I'm contacting the customer care every day but no proper resolution provided.They are closing tickets without having any discussions. As per the plan, Paid already Rs:2250 as 3 months advance. They said, Speed will be 7.6 Mbps, 7 GB+ unlimited 2 G per a month. With speed of 1kbps, is it possible to get 7 GB per a month. Below are my concerns 1. Why are they selling these type of products to cheat customer with false promises ? 2. Gone through lot of emotions while talking to customer care. Who will compensate it ? 3. Spent lot of time to talk to customer care. How could I get it back ? Also, I was cheated by your people, bought a 3g datacard, which is not even worth of 1g datacard or even lesser than that. They promised, I will get 7.6 mbps, 7 GB. Is it possible to use 7GB with a speed of 1 kbps? Why are you guys selling these kind of products to customers?
