[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Very Very speed for 3g datacard | |||
This is Venkateswarlu P. I have taken the tata docomo 3g datacard connection on Aug 11th. Since from day one it was activated, having issues with datacard speed, its speed not more than 1kbps at any time in the day. Until now, I am contacting the customer care every day. But, there is no proper response from them. They are closing tickets, but without resolving issues and without having any discussions. As part of the plan, I have paid the amount also in advanace for 3 months. ie 2250. The plan details are 7 GB+unlimited per month, 7.6 mbps speed, usage is free for first three months. Looking at the speed issues, Wondering the possibility o[censored]sing the 7GB in a month with speed of 1kbps or 2kbps. Wthru loghile talking to customer care support, got to know, 3g network has many speed issues than 2g. 2g network is faster than 3g network. Now, my concerns are below. 1. How can they sell products like this if there are network issues ? 2. Gone through lot of emotions during conversations/mails because of these issues everyday. who will compensate that ? 3. Also, waster lot of time spending to discuss on these issues. How could I get it back ? Also, I was cheated by tatadocomo people, bought a 3g datacard, which I can rate as 1g datacard speed or even lesser than that. They promised, I will get 7.6 mbps, 7 GB. Is it possible to use 7GB with a speed of 1 kbps? Why are they selling these kind of products to customers? I have phamphlets with those plan details also.
