[Resolved] Tata Docomo — weird behavior of your customer care representative | |||
I said him to fix my network problem and Internet connection problem.he only excused like technical problem and don't take any action to fix it.he make me wait so Long without any reason.for your information there is no technical problem.he only make the excuse.then he started to argue with me.I asked him why he behaving such weird then suddenly he cut the call without answering my question and without solving my problems... Such bad service I have ever seen.it is spoil your prestige of company Was this information helpful? | |||
