Tata Docomo — without information call rate change.

My mobile number is[protected]. I am using this number since 4-years. Jab Mandy Sim kharedi thi tab company ne 1 pesa/ sec call rate plan, life time k liye diya tha. Lekin company nene without information call rate plan change kar diya. So please solve the my problem. Thanks
