[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong balance deducted | |||
Sir, My TATA DOCOMO mobile no. is [protected]. I have a GPRS Pack 95 activated on my mobile number but today my balance of Rs.4 has deducted wrongly for using internet but i have still 20 MB left on my GPRS balance and Because of this, I am not able to use your internet facility. Please check this problem and give me back my balance as i am also looking forward to recharge my GPRS pack again but without my core balance I will not able use it in future so I will recharge it when you refund my balance to me.
