[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong Charges deducted against data usg and Service has been activated, without my wish or knowledge. | |
When i checked my balance (Ph. No.[protected]) on 8th August I found my balance is less. So I again checked my last 3 transaction and I received a message by company that Rs. 45 deduction from my account on 06/08/2014 for data usage. Message details are as below,
Hi! Ur last calls & SMS deduction details are :1.Rs. 45.0 for Data Usg on 06/08/2014, Thank You.
So I checked my data balance and found there was already I have 1062mb of data balance till 10/08/2014. So I can't understand why from my balance 45Rs. was deducted against data charges. So I called to customer care, your customer care person told me that Rs. 45 deducted against subscription of MTV Ishaara value added service. When I checked my message box in dongle I found that on 7th I got message which is as below,
Name: Dive In Voice Number: 54321Content: MTV Ishara: Time: 07/08/2014 12:03:05
So I can't understand how my balance is deducted on 6th Aug. against data charges. Ur customer care person told me only one thing repeatedly that u subscribe value added service MTV Isharra only. When I not subscribed any service then how it is to be activate in my account? And why Rs. 45 has been deducted against data charges from my account when there are already more than 1062mb of data already in balance?? Pl. stop this nonsense of service from my account which was not subscribed by me and give me my balance back in my account as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

After my complaint within 8 hrs I got positive response from company and give my balance back to my Account. Thanks... Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
