Tata Docomo — Wrong Deduction of the Balance | |
I have a docomo no vide no [protected] with a balance of about Rs 880.00 on 24.06.2015, i made a net recharge of Rs 185.00 for 1 GB Data on 24.06.2015 at 22:00 o'clock from my balance. in the morning of 26.06.2015 i came to know that all of my data is finished along with my remaining balance of About Rs 695.00. when i contacted to customer care they told me that you used 70 MB data extra thats why we deduct your balance. i told to them that please see my previous history and you will come to know that i have not so much data consumption and my data will remain for 20-25 days but they are not in a position to accept my views. secondly i told them suppose i have so much consumtion of data then i will again make a recharge of Rs 185.00 from my available balance and get 1 GB more data rather than spending all my balance of Rs 695.00 for just 70MB data. Still Tata Docomo is not refunding my balance, as you also knows that its a general practice of the telecom operator to deduct the balance of the customers without activating any services or for data pack etc.. For this purpose i lodge a complaint with the ministry of telecom vide complaint no DOTEL/E/2015/22857 after about 10 days of such deduction, but all is vain. Kindly do the needful.
