[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Wrong plan explained by tata docomo executive

Dear Sir,

While Porting Idea to tata docomo, the tata docomo customer care explained me the plan as 3G, 1GB data and unlimited 2g there after,

After one month my bill is Rs 1600, and same I spoken to customer care and they informed me that there is no such plan activated as per your customer application form...and you have used the net and you have to pay, ,

now I am receiving legal notice for outstanding

please please let me know what I can do for this...

But I am not able to understand why the Tata docomo(TD) or there executive make fool while getting port...to TD
Same thing I asked them twice and I dint get any welcome call for the plan detail...

Dear Sir, Alternative No. person left the job and that no. using by other employee...
I have received the call from [protected] regarding the port to Tata Docomo(TD) the office is in aundh and watsup no.[protected] to which i sent the documents,
The Agent explained me 2 plans 299/month and 399/month,
I have chosen the 299 plan in which they have informed me 3g, 1gb and 2g unlimited and same confirmed 2-3 times. After activation I dint got any call from TD regarding the plan. I got call after 15 days in that they have not explained me any plan but till that I was billed approx Rs 1500 to 1700 and same I paid(15 days bill). After this bill I have so many communication in fact frighted with customer care to get the proper resolution any how TD failed for that thy are speaking only with Customer application form. And finally I requested that I will pay the amount which actually used for calling and SMS but they dint agree and I got frustration and finally I discontinues the no which I was using since 8 years,
It is because of only unprofessional Agent and wrong plan given by agent...
