[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrongly claiming outstanding amount of rs.903 after migration even after settlement of payable & converted into prepaid account | |||
I am satish kumar holding mobile no.[protected] where initially i had post paid connection and i have migrated after settlement all payable and migrated to prepaid term but repeatedly from 1 weak i am receiving message stating that there is out standing amount of rs. 903 before migration which is not true and have informed the customer care in this aspect also of no use no reply, hence this complaint. The concerned person is requested to attend my case at the earliest and sort out the issue with in 1 weak from today or else with no other alternative i will be approaching the consumer court against you at your cost and risk. Verified Support Aug 24, 2016 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We tried to speak to you personally on your number regarding billing. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected permanently on 30-MAY-16 due to Migration to Prepaid. As your bill generation date is 27th of every month final bill(for the period 25/05/16 to 29/05/16) was generated on 27-JUN-2016 for the amount of Rs. 199/- on prorate basis. Also, there was May month invoice [protected](bill amt: Rs. 1204/-) for which payment was not received. Kindly note that the deposit amount of Rs.500/- was successfully adjusted towards the invoice [protected]. Hence, total outstanding amount is Rs.903/-(199+[protected].
