Dear sir i have started a chit in tata gold plus in Kanchipuram tata gold plus in my son's name v.s.Hrithick. my account no.KPM/[protected]/2015, enrollment date 24/10/2015. I have paid entire 10 installments within time stipulated. As per conditions i have to close the account within 390 days from the account opening date i.e.on 17 Nov 2016. Today i visited to purchase the gold plus Kanchipuram and asked with the sales manager to take an order of gold ring for 6 grams which i have proposed at the time of opening account. But they refused to take the order and insisted me to any other article and states that i have to close the account before 24th October 16 instead of 17 November. Its a contrary to terms and conditions. Its also a cheating of the customers. Totally i have paid rs.30000/- but the given gold coin for 28480/-, and levied making chrges.and wastage 1100+ vat 1%. They didn't paid any interest for savings.
