We brought a necklace having blue saffire stone from gold plus thanjavur last month, at that time no matching stud was available at the showroom.As we were about to drop the idea of buying the jewel since no stud was available that suited the necklace, we were forced to buy that jwewlry and was promised that matching studs are available readily and will be bought for us next week.we were waiting for their call for one month and went to their shop for buying the stud we were told that studs are not ready and only after paying 25% of the cost they will order for making the stud.At the time of purchasing the necklace we were promised three types of stud to select from but now we are being dragged for asking matching pair.If these conditions were told before we would not have brought that necklace.now after spending 1.4lakhs on that jewel beleiving the words of them I could not get the stud.Staff of Gold Plus please dont make false promise to your loyal customers.
