Tata Housing Development — Delay in possession and ransom ask with out details

Tata Amantra housing, bhiwandi, thane

Despite of making all payments considered the delay from tata housing team for registration n documents arrangements.
I am still not given possession of my flat J293 in Amantra housing which is ready, asking for ransom money without any documents of statement or invoice of 60, 000-80, 000 INR.

I request pls help in handover the flat without any further delay and no claim of further money to be made.
