Tata Motors — 6 months delay in delivery and price hike

I had booked tata tiago on 18 Dec 2021 and was promised delivery by 1st week Feb 2022. Today is the 24th June 2022 and the car is stil not ready for delivery. Fooled Me every month ny saying that the delivery Wil be in the next 15 days each time I asked. It's 7 months now since booking day. Secondly, the dealer says that the prices of the car have increased and that I have to pay the extra amount around 30 to 40 thousand.
This is unacceptable and cheating as the car was booked last year in 2021, and the delay in delivery was from tata motors, why should the customer bear the expense for delay caused from Tata's side?. And that too after delaying the delivery for 7 long months. Please look into this matter and help me out
