Sir, i have settled my loan amount with car on 53000 rupees actually car was met on an accident. And i have to claim my insured amount but insurance company told me give the account statement how company has settled your loan amount on 53000 thousand with car but your tatamotor finance branch pusha road, new delhi was not told any details or statement they just said that you just call to the customer care but i'm again and again calling to your customer care but they told that sir, we are arranging call from our concern/legal dept. But still i didn't got the call. Sir please provide me the details regarding account statement.
