Tata Motors — AMT Fault, clutch heat and burning smell from engine

Its been hardly 7 months since I bought Tata Nexon XMA AMT (Diesel).
In heavy traffic conditions, while taking a reverse or on bad roads (even though they claim that this car is can do off-roading easily) I keep on getting AMT fault.
Tata motors service centre (Chambal Motors Kota) don't even acknowledge that there is a problem with its gearbox. No solution provided, I have taken my car 7 times to the service centre.
I purchased an AMT because I am an orthopedically disabled person. But due to AMT doesn't work as it's expected to, it puts me in a dangerous situation.
