I had purchased a new Tata safari srtome EX form Dehradun. Evereything was all well but the dealer at Vadodara Miles motors is giving a very bad service. I have to visit them after 15 days for one fault or othrt and since last one year I visif atleast 5 times for the car music system. They attend it but it reoccurs with the same problem. I even requested to replace the music but every time they repair it and the problem reoccurres.Moreovr once I had to call their emergecy service for breakdown of my vehicl. They came in late and in a the hurry I forgot to take out my goggles. The show room people took out the goggles and kept the case inside. I brought to the notice to the workshop manager but they didnot attend the complain. I am fed up with their indifferent attitude.Is this is the way Tata is dealing with the costumer. I request youl to take up this matter with your dealer. Failing which I will have to knock the doors of consumer court.

I had put in my car for servicing air conditioner which was in working condition. This was a routine service. However, I was then informed that the compressor has failed and so they have to claimed to have replaced it with new one. Even now, the air conditioner is not working properly. When I asked for explanation, I am told that they have not purchased the purported new compressor from TATA Motors. How could Authorised Dealer and Service station purchase a compressor from anyone other than TATA Motors.
They have no ethics and responsibilities of conduct. TATA should actually withdraw their dealership from them.
