I canceled my booking over 1.5 months ago, but they haven't refunded my money yet.
They keep promising to pay, but it's frustrating and unprofessional.
There should be a proper cancellation policy and a grievance system for customers.
I planned to buy a car from the same showroom in May 2024, but due to this experience,
I'll choose another brand. I doubt their ability to provide good service and deliver on their promises for a 16L car, considering they can't handle a simple refund of 5K INR.
