I have booked a Tata Nexon Fearless Purple variant around last week of October 2023. I was promised by your agents that the delivery would be by 2nd week of december.
It has been almost 4 months since I have booked the vehicle. And post due delivery time exceeded 2 months.
Would you people allow me Or anyone a minute of peace if your payment is delayed?
You people have wasted my precious 4 months of time..
Earlier, almost 3 weeks back those NCS guys said there was some issue in registering the vehicle with RTO.
Now the NCS guys are saying there accounts have been freezed, so they can't refund the money now and needed 2 weeks time. Who is responsible for all this utter failure in your customer care. My booking money (1, 10, 000) has been sitting inert for the last 4 months.
I have requested the NCS Tata Motors, Kayamkulam, Kerala to refund the amount.
It has been almost 10 days now. They have promised 2 weeks time to refund my money, about 1.1 Lakhs.
I don't why they took extra 1 lakh from me other than the booking amount.
Kindly go through this and do something as early as possible.
Meanwhile I have booked the same vehicle from Gokulam motors, because of the trust in your company. I have to ensure that same thing won't happen again with this booking also.
Please do something about this refund, otherwise I will go to court for the same.
