I have booked Tata Tigor (P) XZA+ New online in Tatamotors website on 5th Feb 2021. details below. Model: Tata Tigor (P) XZA+ New Color: Arizona Blue Portal Order Ref: TTIWyV[protected] Payment Transaction No: VSCB[protected] Dealership: Tata Access + ANNA SALAI Amount Paid : 5000.00 Due to some personal reasons I have to cancel the purchase and requested for a refund. They have asked me to write and submit a letter to Tata Motors - Anna Salai branch. I wrote and provided them the excuse letter (for cancellation and money refund). They said the amount will be refunded in 7 working days. However, through several follow-ups, I haven't received any refund or status updates from them till date. Finally, I have no choice other than registering a consumer complaint here in this forum. Kindly, help me in getting this money refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
