Tata Motors — Car details in tata system not match with my car papers | |||||
I have purchased a new TATA nano car (WB12c8588) from K.B motors pvt. ltd. kolkata. System shows that the meter of the car has already changed at selling time, though I purchase a new nano car. TATA system shows that my car ran near about 10000 km before my purchase. Some other problems from a bunch of problem are - 1)The TATA MOTORS system also shows that the selling year of my car is 2013 though I buy the car in 2014, why? 2)2 front tire crack after running only 1700 kms. For above reasons all tata motors service centre except K.B.MOTORS refuse to give me the free services, that is why I am facing so many trouble. Many time I register complain in K.B motors but they did not take any corrective action. Lastly I must say, I am feeling that I have purchased a punishment in terms of a car.
