Tata Motors — Car given for running repairs and not entered in service records

I left vehicle at gurudev motors tata arumbakkam chennai for running repairs on 16th Dec 2021. problem stated was slight oil spray from the dip stick when idling and after frequent follow up they said there is no problem with the vehicle and that spray is normal for turbo diesel engines. on 18th Dec 2021 they told me to pickup the vehicle from workshop. on that day the invoice not given and stated that due to computer problem not able to open and promised to send via email or watsapp. After several follow ups no response from the workshop attendant Mr.Praveen kumar and the service history is not showing that I left vehicle at workshop for ru ni g repairs. kindly request to take up the issue with gurudev motors and do the needful.

Service history to be updated and include slight oil spray from dipstick is common for turbo diesel engines and the same is not of concern.
