I booked A Tata Nexon XMS on 15th September and was quoted 2-2.5months of waiting period which is quite a lot but was not a prob for me. The estimated dates was 15-30th November. But Till now I ve recieved no positive response from their dealer dulichand motors ( ruby, kolkata)
The car delivery is being delayed and delayed and even the dealers have no clue regarding this. At first place if you guys can't deliver why commit something u can't ? Just to get a sale done and the customer trapped?
During my conversation with their executive he quoted that only 1500 Nexon cars are bein manufactured forpan India supply.
I mean is it a joke for you guys. A company with such high standards and establishments would just make a meagre 1500 cars a month as of their old 50k cars in 6 months.
Coming to the main point. I desperately waited for my car as it is my first car. I wanted to gift it to my parents on their anniversary on 30th November 2021 . But all In vain. So least I just want the car delivery to be before 14th december because I won't be able to collect it after that for a month.
I've been so frustrated from the service given by tata motors and their dealers that I feel pity to be proud of a made in india company who has such low standards and tend to harass customers.
With my booking amount and all these harassment being faced.
