Today i put my car at parin tata moters rajkot for service. i am very disappoint from service and also this is a worst service of my car. And pickup and drop also late from time schedule and also my problem is not solved in this service. and when i ask to workshop manager, he told me that we have no time to solve your problem, so you have to keep this car whole day. distance between my home and Service centre is 70km so how can i manage?
And i put this car from morning, but they make a jobcard at afternoon, so that is his foult. And car also not properly washed. And my car's fog light are damage after service.
I am very disappoint from your service. I am writing this complaint because no one hear my complain on showroom.
