Tata Motors — Car service during warranty period

I have purchased my tata altroz xt on 18.01.2022 . Afer 3 months i have took the car to tata sab motors(sec 5, noida) for my 1st servicing. Within 1 week of servicing my power sterring got jam. So i called the emergeny no. For pickup.They took my car to tata sab motors (sec 5, noida) on 06.05.2022 . After that tata sab motrs called me to inform that my power sterring needs to be replaced so it will take 2-4 days.Again after 5 days i have ranged to tata sab motors to know the status. They said that they have placed order for new power sterring parts which will take another 2-3 days.Again i have ranged after 3 days .Now this time they made an excuse that they have received incorrect parts /model .Now it have been more than 15 days . I have not received my car till now.Tata sab motrs is providing only date after date.
Such lethargic attitude damage the repution of tata.
I have spent my hard earned money with tata and i am surprise to see such service of tata.
