Tata Motors — cheating by TATA dealer

I would like to inform you that I became a victim by purchasing a car (2014 make) at new price (2015 ) due to ill business intension of Swapna motors, Bhubaneswar. I was forced to purchase a ZEST XT (2014 make) Petrol Car Colour : P. White - Chassis no.: MAT623251EPP34004, Engine no. : REVTRNO 1PVYP56262, Financier : State Bank Of India, BERHAMPUR ( Dist: Ganjam ), price Rs. 7, 07, 572/- from Swapna motors, Bhubaneswar on [protected]. Though I Informed office of Swapna motors to give me a 2015 manufactured model, , may be to clear their unsold stock, they sold 2014 make model hiding the year of manufacturing. I could have purchased 2014 make model with lot of offers with reduced excise duty in 2014, I was trapped to purchase the 2014 make car on 2015 on hiked price. I was kept in dark about manufacturing year of the car till last minute. Just before the gate pass when their cheating was visible to me, I questioned their intention of doing so, office of the swapna motor expressed their inability to solve this matter on that moment . I lost the sentiment of having a new car. I have not received any reply from swapna motors with respect to my two letters. Before purchase they rung me so many times to purchase zest car but now no one is responding to solve my problem.
