Tata Motors — Cheating on service

Am writing this letter behalf of my friend Siddeeque Muhammed. we purchased one tata saffire 90 on August 2014 from thrissur Hyson Motors kerala KL 54 F 4774. which the car is year back of 2010. and they dint gave any warranty or free service for the vehicle, and last week we gave to the service centre that complaining about the mileage issues, the company has offered mileage of 15km/l and we are getting only half of the offered that is 7km/l and we don't want any more just 10km/l thats enough and we gave for that and told them about all the this thing, and they offered mileage of 10+ mileage and after service still the problem facing and we checked the vehicle they dint even change the air filters but they changed some bushes for the mileage issues. and we got a bill of rupees 11k. so please help us with this issue.
