Tata Motors — Commercial vehicle service delayed | |||||
I took a tata indigo last my 5 months before from Concarde Motors Sakinaka and the service for the same are done on a timely basis but last month the vehicle is breakdown due to clutch issue we had the same resolved under AMC of rs7200/- and now again in the last week there is sum problem with the engine/raditor fan i am not confirm what excat word is use in motors i just know that the fan is not working hence is vehicle is over heated hence the same need to be changed but not the service centre are delaying for the repairs and stating they do not have the parts and even the other dealer do not have the parts again i am calling them since morning they are giving multiple reasons like the part will be arrived in aftrnoon and then they say the concern person had been went to vasai to take the parts and now at 5.00 pm they say the vehicle is went for trail and had asked me to call at 6.00 pm i know this is there closing hours the vehicle is submitted last 3 days back and its a commercial vehicle without income how would i pay the emi i really dont want to spoil my name in bank i request you to please help me on urgent basis and get my problems resolved asap else i wont be able to survey in the marker Was this information helpful? | |||||
