Tata Motors — Complaint against dealer srm motors, vikas nagar, lucknow

I am shubhendu s. Shukla from lucknow (Up) and owner of tata nano (Lx model 2012 model).

I have a complaint against the dealer (Srm motors, vikas nagar, lucknow)

I avail a service of my vehicle tata nano on 01 april 2016 and that time the ac of my car was not functioning. My service adviser told me that the condenser of the ac is not working and it will have to change. At that time the part was not available in the workshop and the service adviser told me that i have made the order for you and the order will come from pune and it will take approx 15-20 days, i will call you when part will be available here.

After that i did not receive any call from workshop, on 09 may 2016 (After 1 month and 9 days), i visit the workshop again and ask for the part that is it available now? They again told me that sir, part is even now is not available and provide some more time.

On 19 may 2016 i again call to my service adviser that part available or not than he told me that he will inform me after 30 minutes.

At evening i receive a call from dealer workshop that come with your car on 21 may 2016 at morning 10:30 am. And i receive a sms ("your nano lx_2012 up-32em9808 is booked fr service on[protected]:23:00 am at srm motors. For any change, contact 4159311) from bw-tatamo.

Today on 21 may 2016, when the vehicle was drop by my father than the service boy told him that the part is not avaible.

It is very bad experience which i feel from dealer side so i decide to complaint against the dealer because the dealer is giving the bad impact on the name of tata and specially on tata nano which is the dream project of sir ratan tata, and one of the biggest name of not only in india but in word.

Please provide some assistance because i felt very bad with dealer and even the dealers do not give due importance to the nano.
