I Purchased a NEXON EV 0.2XZ+ having chassis no- MAT635017NPHS9446, Engine no-TZ230XS56FJ[protected] Bearing Registration no -OD02CC7144, from Dion Automotive, Plot no 2175, 3766, Samantarapur, old Town, Bhubaneswar, Odisha -751002 on 3 October 2022. The said vehicle was having manufacturing defect for which I have to visit the service center on 11 October 2022 as left side door open symbol shown in the vehicle regularly. After that my vehicle central locking system and left side indicator Stopped working, then I bought it to the service dealer on November 2022 but the problem was not Rectified then I again visited to the service dealer for the same thing on December 2022 they told that ordered the parts for replacement. On 29th December 2022 they call me get the vehicle for parts replacement and I give them my vehicle on January 2023 and the parts were replaced but the problem was not solved again I visited the service center in February and March, but till now not solved. Due to this Deficiency in service on the part of TATA Dion Automotives, I have suffered Tension and Harassment .I Request Tata Moters to solve my problem and compensate me for my loss for mental, physical Tension and Harassment and do the need full .
