Hi,

Not to my surprise even my below compliant was close without satisfactorily attending to the same.

Only after the below complaint i had received the rc book that too without endorsement of cng. The rc books has been lying at the dealers office since 13th april but was handed over to me only after the below complaint around 3rd week of june.

Only after receiving the rc book i realised that i have not received any information on how to claim edr and i raised the complaint once against, as any ways the below complaint was closed without addressing the same in toto.

I had raised the complaint again on 11th august vide complaint no. 1-[protected], and not to my surprise the same was also closed without attending to the same to my satisfaction, which i have asked them to reopen but would not be surprised if it is also closed without resolution.

I am not surprised in the manner the guys in the dealers office are behaving and ensuring that they just close the complaint by providing all false information, as the sales guys and the guys in the back office handling customer complaints are together and trying to coverup each other's mistakes, but i am surprised with the manner the centralised customer care is also closing the complaint without taking a confirmation from the person who has lodged the complaint.

I did not wanted to name any one in particular, but now i will have to put their names on record, i. E. Akshay and darshan who had actual misbehaved with my father who is a senior citizen and given bad words to me and my father to cover up the goo[censored]p which had happened from their end while delivery of the vehicle. I also spoke to noor at the customer care desk today and not to my surprise even he was talking the word feeded by akshay and darshan.

On my complaint regarding edr the time limit of which has lapsed, just to cover up their lapse they are trying to make all false statements. The fact is that no one even called me once to follow up from me in last 6 months and update me on the process of edr. Had anyone called me when i had lodged the 1st complaint the same would not have lapsed. Noor is trying to say why did i not call akshay and darshan. How can he expect me call the guys who gave bad words to my father and to me. The trauma which i had gone through at the time of delivery of this car was enough.

I still feel there would be someone in tata motors who would be interested in resolving issues which a normal customer is facing from the mafias like akshay and darshan. If there is a lapse they have to be penalised for not performing and misbehaving. Just be sending an apology letter doesn't help.

I am expecting a positive callback from once who is really concerned and can get me justice.

There are many problems which i had to face from the time i booked the car to the time i got the delivery of the car that too without proper license plate for filling cng, but the issues which are still open are :


1. Still not received invoice for rs.50000 paid, which i was told is the cost of cng

2. Still not received the rc book (It is almost 4 months the car was delivered to me)

3. No fitness certificate was received along with the delivery of car (I have been paying fine to police for not carrying a fitness certificate)

4. The car when delivered had following defects - the spark plugs were fused, the filter was installed in a wrong manner, the gas plate was received with incorrect car registration no.. Because of these defect i had to incur additional costs by way of low milage (High consumption of gas), had to run my car on petrol in place of gas, and had to visit the workshops a number of times wasting hours and hours. Till today i don't know the milage my vehicle is giving.


I hope someone will help me resolve the open issues at the earliest, as i don't want to incur further losses because of no fault of mine.
