Tata Motors — Compliant no.[protected] nexon

Hi Team
Booked Nexon Amt on 12 January 2022.
Sales person committed on 18 March that ours is next allotment and we would receive in 7-10 days.
We visited showroom several times after march 18 and everytime new timeline was given
Raised compliant ( no.[protected] and then area manager gururaj and kropex dealer informed the new AMT variant with additional cost of 30k will be alloted between May 15-20 and assured us. We agreed to additional amount and since may 15 started following up and they kept assuring it will be alloted by maximum 20 May. Unfortunately till today we have not received it. And all the relevant people who committed and given this false assurance have stopped answering our calls. Please assist us on how to take this forward

We are completely dissapointed by this act of Tata motors and kropex. Its been 5 months now after booking and we are still waiting. Other service providers are atleast being honest in their commitemnts and providing a right delivery date. In our case tata n kropex failed two times on their committed date, and after making customer pay additional 30k
