I owned Tata Harrier XT plus dark edition, as per Tata Motors dark edition official offers, they supposed to send 1 jacket and 3 shirts as per dark edition promotions. even I registered for it on 24 Nov by follow up below link. https://cars.tatamotors.com/dark-merchandise But had sent many follow up(by email and Calls) with Tata motors customer care and dealership for dark merchandising, but no positive response and even Customer care denied to register complaint regarding this matter. Hi My name is Pratik and owner of xz+ o dark edition nexon. I have bought my car in July 2021 and still awaiting for the merchandise. I had multiple emails and follow up done on this but everything wasted. No one is able to resolve this. I urge tata motors executive to look into our complaints.
