[Resolved] Tata Motors — dealer failed to deliver me the car within the prescribed waiting period | |||
To TATA MOTERS, INDIA I booked TATA ZEST XMS (PERTOL) on 03th October 2014 at SANYA MOTERS, BEED(Maharashtra), and paid sum of 21000/- as booking amount. The waiting time for the car was given by dealer as 3 weeks and get assurances from dealer that the car will be delivered before Diwali ie on 20th October 2014 As such, the car must be delivered to me, but no intimation about delivery of car was given to me. Even on my visit to their showroom on 21th October 2014, the car variant and color which I booked was not available after assurances from dealer that car will be made available in next two days . After next two days when I contacted to the dealer I get replied ‘either you buy base variant or you may cancel the booking’. As the dealer failed to deliver me the car within the prescribed waiting period, I was no more interested in taking the delivery of car. & cancelled car booking. Hence, I would like to bring this matter into notice of TATA MOTERS INDIA through this medium to take appropriate action against the dealer for such irresponsible behavior. Regards Chandan S.
