[Resolved] Tata Motors — delay in delivery of car/ laid back approach of dealer rep

It is really disappointing to see the laid back approach of Concorde motors in processing the formalities for delivery of vehicle. It was promised by the sales rep that the vehicle was in stock and delivery would be made in 02 working days after issuing the PO. However, it is really disappointing to see slow/ laid back approach resulting in non-delivery of my car even after 10 days of PO...The goal post keep getting shifted with false promises and the excitement of taking delivery of a new car is absolutely lost...no wonder tata motors not selling cars as much as or in line with fantastic product line up!! What really needed @ tata or sales team is the change in attitude...or simply change in customer care philosophy :((
