Dear Concerned,
I had booked a Tata Nexon XZ Plus (S) (Foliage Green) on 22 Jan 2022 from TechWheels, Jagatpura (Jaipur, Rajasthan) with an agreed to delivery date of 1 Apr 2022.
I visited the showroom on 11 March 2022 to clarify the accessories & other formalities. To my surprise, I was told that the model I had booked had been discontinued & they can't deliver the same. As a compromise (more of an added burden), I was asked to go for the Nexon XS Plus (HS) variant at a slightly higher price. I agreed to switch to the new variant with a different color (Royale Blue) post confirmation from showroom staff that my booking date will remain same (i.e. 22 Jan 2022) & the vehicle will be delivered on the earlier agreed date of 1 April 2022.
I have been chasing the showroom staff for over 7 days now regarding my vehicle but I am being misguided with vague timelines for the delivery. Mr Vijay Singh from TechWheels Jagatpura is giving dates with no confirmation. I have already got my car loan approved & am eagerly waiting for this Wonderful Product to be a part of my family but such experience is ruining the entire pleasure of the purchase. Go add to the misery, GM Ajay Sharma is now.not responding to my calls. So Unprofessional.
It's a request to get my vehicle delivered max by 19th April 2022 else I will have no other choice to go for some other car player. Trust me, I don't want to own any car other than this & am counting on your Leadership team to address customer's demands.
Eagerly Awaiting a Positive response from the All Mighty Tata Team!
