Tata Motors — Delay in delivery of Nexon XZ+

I have booked Nexon XZ+ petrol on 10th August at Panchjanya Automobiles Bhosari Pune. Now it's more than 3 months and dealer is giving different reasons every time I ask them about delivery.
In First 2 months they said Semiconductor shortage, 3rd month they said particular color and model is getting delayed by tata motors. Now they said billing not started yet by Tata motors.
Can anyone provide me with the actual reason?
Dealer is not ready to give any particular delivery date, they always says that we can't tell when it'll be delivered.
This kind of pathetic communication is really frustrating for us.
Kindly provide some solution.
Even there is no response from Toll free number as they said we will call you back in 48 hrs. No response from [protected]@tatamotors.com.
