MY SELF RAKSHIT, I HAVE Booked TATA ZEST XMS PETROL FROM FAIRDEAL MOTOR JAMMU ON 12TH SEPTEMBER, THE DELIVERY DATE WAS GIVEN 2ND NOVEMBER, BUT ON 31ST OCT THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT DEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IT ON THE GIVEN DATE, THE NEW DATE WAS GIVEN 15TH NOVEMBER, BUT TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM TATA MOTORS THAT THEY WILL NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IT BEFORE 29TH DECEMBER, FROM DEALER I COME TO KNOW THAT DELAY IS FROM TATA MOTOR ITSELF, MY LOAN IS ALREADY SANCTIONED, I HAVE GIVEN A BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS 42000 ALSO. NOW PLEASE HELP WITH IN THIS ISSUE WHAT I CAN DO ...ITS TOO LATE FOR ME, I REQUIRED THE CAR URGENTLY BUT I DNT THINK SO TATA UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM..
