Tata Motors — Delay of car delivery.

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that I am Sandip Mahat, Husband of Dipika Mahata from Raghunathpur, Jhargram. Paschim Midnapur, West Bengal, Pin-721507.

On[protected] I bought a new TATA MEGA car for my own business by the name of my wife. And that cad had an accident on[protected], and we sent the car to show room (Work Shop) for repair on same date.

Car registration no is - WB33C9550.
Showroom details - PARAJ MOTORS PRIVET LTD.Kharagpur, Paschim Midnapur. (see the attachments)

After that lang time from showroom call to us to deposit Rs.15000, we deposited that amount immediately. But we dont know when we can get delivery of the repaired car.

So i am requesting to take some necessary action to delivery the car immediately with proper repair. Till now already I lost my valuable 12 days.

Also as i know that the TATA motors is a world based very big company. I never expect like this very poor service, which is very big trouble to their customers.
