I wish to bring to your notice that I have booked Tata Tigor (Xe) Petrol Variant (White) color on February, 08, 2022. At the time of booking, the dealer assured me that he will be able to deliver the car by February 20, 2022.
However, the car has not been delivered so far and when we contacted the dealer, he is just giving one excuse or the other. We also agreed to give him 2-3 weeks of extra time but even then he is sure that he will be able to deliver.
I had booked the car as I had to relocate to othe city but this kind of delay is not acceptable. Kindly see to it that appropriate steps are taken to fast track the delivery schedule. For the benefit of the dealer, I am also giving 2 more options (in terms of color) so that I can get the car before I relocate. The details of the booking are put below:
