I made my mind to buy TATA EV PRIME NEXON XZ+ dark edition from ZEDEX TATA sohna road.
I had deposited 16.70 lakhs which included breakwise of
Ex-showroom:150000
Insurance:44000
RTO:138000
.And the complete payment was transferred on 17/03/2023.
I requested delivery on 22/03/2023. On the date of delivery i.e today we found our new RTO registered car with scratches and one damaged part near gear box. Afterwards we complained for the same to the concerned staff and they continuosly tried to convince to take home a scratched and damaged car.They were giving lame excuses that we will polish it out or we can change the whole door in the near future.In the later stages when we were not in the consensus to accept the car their MD intimidated us to accept the car in the same condition as the rto process was already completed and he assured us for the paint protection film(PPF coating) as an add on service. After waiting for 2 more hours their MD (vineet) didn't come and refused for PPF coating as well. After waiting for long we came without car and in the evening their executives texted us that they had sent our car to garage and asked us to take the delivery of the same car by tomorrow.

I request for your mediation in the issue and resolved it as soon as possible with the delivery of immaculate one car.
