Delivery of Tata NEXon Vehicle got delayed even after 80 days against the commitment of 8 Weeks. Dealer as well as TATA Motor keep the customer in dark on the readiness of TATA Nexon Vehicle and are also not sure on the delivery of Vehicle. I also write a mail to Gokulam Motor, Chennai, Chrompet Customer Care Executives and TAta Motor Customer Care Delivery Team.
Unable to get the DElivery Status . There is huge system lapse in dealing with the customer and also unable to give the visibility on delivery which is defintely affect TATA brand image. Was this information helpful? |
