Tata Motors — Delivery not received after full payment taken by dealer

Dear sir/ Madam
I am Prathamesh Galande from Solapur. I have booked Tata nexon from sterling motors Solapur on 25 th April. On dated 05.05.2022 they told me that vehicle is available and you should deposit your loan amount dd. As per communication I have deposited DD of Rs. 925000/- on dated 05.05.2022. then they have called me on dated 09.05.2022. for remaining payment and as per communication I have deposited remaining payment of Rs. 112856/-. They told me that you will get delivery in 2 days. But after lapses of two day they had not delivered me vehicle and told that wait for another 2 days because some PDI hold out on vehicle but after 2 days vehicle not delivered to me and told that you should cancel booking but denied and told them I will wait for another some days. Still they have not clear the status of vehicle and when I will get it. Because I have already paid full booking amount please do the needful at earliest.
