[Resolved]  Tata Motors — demanding money even after free service no 3 left and worst service experience of asl motors service department

Dear sir/madam,
I had purchased a tata tiago xm 1.2 rtnbs4 from asl motors adityapur having registration no. Jh05bu2325. Although i got calls for service reminder for 1st and 2nd service but i did not got any calls for 3rd service. When i realized about 3rd service because i was facing few common problems while driving the vehicle, the asl motors service department told that your third service date has expired. I was totally shocked and enquired that why did not i got any reminder call. Then the service department rudely told that its your responsibility. I further told please do not confirm the date, i will call you further.
Next day i got call around 10:36 am from vehicle pick up person ([protected]) for picking my vehicle. He told me that i have come to your area for picking your vehicle for servicing.
I told its okay but according to my conversation while booking she told that your free service has expired. He told no problem sir date can be managed and its not a big issue, i will manage it.
I again got call from asl motors ([protected]) around 12:04pm regarding vehicle complaint and he clearly told me that your free service has expired and you will have to pay the whole money for labor charges and others. I told him that i did not got any calls for third service reminder, please discussed this with your boss and try to resolve it.
Again he called me at 03:19 pm and told me that boss has refused and told that i need to pay the all amount. He told that it is written on your service book, and its your responsibility.

Here i want to highlight few important things:

1. If i have purchased a car from dealer than is the dealer or tata motors should have no responsibility that how my vehicle is running or does i am facing any problem while driving. I have not got any call regarding feedback.
2.in these busy life is it possible that i will regularly check service book and see when my service date is expiring.
3. Is the asl motors service department have no responsibility for service reminder and is this not possible to send even a sms if my service date is expiring.
4. I remember when my vehicle insurance date was expiring, i was getting calls 4 times a day, sms & whats up and everything from asl motors but when my free service date was expiring i got not even a sms or any calls.

Here i want to clear one more thing that although earlier ownership of the vehicle was in the name of pratap narayan singh but he is my own uncle and a part of own family member and he even did not got any call or sms for service reminder.


Please look at this serious issue and do needful as quick as possible. Right now my car is in service center from last 2 days and i don't know what they are doing with my car and created a long drama.

I got few phone calls during this compliant period, i also called number of times in tatamotors complaints helpline number[protected]. also they managed few consolations. finally i paid the money and took my car.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY TATAMOTORS CAR AND DUE TO THIS POOR SERVICE THERE IS DEGRADATION IN TATA MOTORS CAR MARKET.

ACCORDING TO THEM EVERY TIME CUSTOMER HAVE TO SUFFER.
