Tata Motors — Engine seized with in 44 days of coming out from Tata Motors Service Centre (Ayush Motors, Noida)

I am an Indian Army officer driving Tata Indigo Manza Auro ABS Safire-90 (Petrol) registration no. PB08 BT 6307. My car had an accident in Aug'15 and I gave it for repair to Ayush Motors, Sec 62 Noida (UP). It was repaired and given back to me on 28-Aug-15. On 11-Oct-15, while travelling to Chandigarh with my family, my car stopped on Panipat highway and wasn't getting started after then. I was stranded on the highway with my family. I tried to contact local tata service centre but no one picked my call. When I contacted a local mechanic, he said the engine oil is zero and my car engine has seized. When I contacted Ayush Motors, they said we only did denting painting and replaced damaged parts in accident, this is a service issue. Probably Tayal Motors has not changed the engine oil during servicing hence it was nill and engine seized. Hence Tayal Motors are responsible for the damage. In Mar-15, my car was serviced in Tayal Motors, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana at 92175 KMs and now my car has run around 99, 000 KMs. Now when I contacted them and asked them how can my engine seized within 6000 kms & 6 months of service where as next service was due either after 1 yr or 10000 kms. They said after service from Tayal Motors my car visited Ayush Motors for repair work and they are responsible for damage as last visit was at their works. Now my car engine has seized and both are refusing to accept the responsibility and my car is of no use now as the engine which is heart has seized and its useless now. Whom should I blame? Who will pay my damages? I want consumer court to help me in settling it and making the Tata Service centre pay for their mistake and mental agony caused to me. Is this the way Tata Motors respects Defence Officers???
